What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller therefore you must contact and/or refer to the original sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are often made to the initial card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However some resellers might have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please refer to an original sellers refund policy.

Alternative party Seller Returns Policies

Many sellers provide a returns policy corresponding to our own, some seller returns policies can vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the vendor's web page. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by the seller are borne by way of the buyer.

Items worth over must be returned to the seller using a trackable shipping service. If the order is worth 0 or higher, insure the shipment for the price of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may possibly not be eligible for refund.

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you must return a large or bulky item that has been delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you throughout the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized customer care team, which will schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address along with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be sure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that with the returned package. If the original packaging still is available, return an item in that packaging. To help avoid difficulties with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
